Credit history-building tool LOQBOX was hit by a cyber attack which was discovered on 20th February 2020. The information accessed by the hackers potentially could be misused for fraudulent purposes and included:
The LOQBOX data breach meant that many customers may have had their personal identifiable information accessed. This potentially put many at risk of financial fraud, phishing attacks and further privacy violations, a situation which could have led to a high degree of stress and anxiety.
